The RPS Core Series 35RPS15 is a 35 GPM submersible water pump end built for everyday reliability in household wells, agricultural operations, irrigation systems, and even industrial use. Rated up to 200 feet of total head and built for continuous duty, it easily handles the demands that rural water systems require, day in and day out. Works great pumping from wells, tanks, or ponds. This RPS pump uses a hearty 2 Wire Single Phase 1.5 HP 220V Motor and 4" diameter pump end. This Core Series kit does not include an external starter box, the starting capacitor is built directly into the motor housing. You'll wire directly from the pump to your breaker or switch.

If you're setting up a new well system, replacing a worn-out pump, or just want something that'll run for years without giving you trouble, the Core Series is where most folks start — and where a lot of them stay.

Using a pressure tank or pressure system? You'll need to add the depth of your well with the PSI in feet of head to get your "Total Head" number for sizing.

10 PSI = 23 feet of head

20 PSI = 46 feet of head

30 PSI = 70 feet of head

40 PSI = 90 feet of head

50 PSI = 115 feet of head

60 PSI = 140 feet of head

Example: 50 foot (well depth) + 90 feet of head (from a 40 PSI pressure tank) = 140 feet of total head. If your total head number exceeds this pumps ability range, size up to get a similar flow with higher head ability!
