Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the pump in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all fittings, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
